Decorating with a seasonal wreath is a fast and easy way to celebrate the season. Wreaths are a great do-it-yourself project because they can be made from just about anything you can imagine. Don’t forget that wreaths aren’t only for your front door, but also anywhere you want to add a seasonal punch of color.

There is no shortage of fall wreath inspiration all over blog land this time of year. I’m amazed at how many creative wreath variations there are. Today, I’m sharing nine unique fall wreaths that have caught my eye.

1. Houndstooth Pumpkin Wreath
2. Beautiful Wheat Wreath
3. Simple Acorn Wreath
4. Burlap & Lace Wreath
5. Colorful Felt Leaf Wreath
6. Folded Paper Leaf Wreath
7. Fabulous Candy Corn Wreath
8. Adorable Jello Mold Wreath
9. Corn Husk Bow Wreath

Fall is the season where we begin to turn from outdoor living to spending more time inside, so prettying up your home’s interior for the season is a must.

Decorating for fall often includes a mantel or shelf display, a pretty wreath on the front door and a pumpkin on the steps. But, don’t forget about decorating your dining table for evening family meals and entertaining.

Here are a few lovely fall tablescapes to inspire your decorating this season.

Quick Tip: Make Fresh Flowers Last Longer

April 16, 2011

There are quite a few theories on how to extend the life of cut flowers. The key is to both prevent the growth of bacteria and provide nourishment for the flowers. To start, cut your flowers underwater, at a 45-degree angle, about 2-3 inches above the previous cut. You’ll also need to remove any leaves [...]
